Craft Night
Come craft with us! Bring your own supplies or use the materials from the CMLC. Each month we’ll focus on a different craft. This is a casual event, you can come by late or leave early, work on your own project or the craft on hand. Craft Night is a place to have fun and make things together.

Chèvre Cheesemaking Basics
In this workshop, we will make a creamy French-style chèvre cheese using goat milk. Students will learn about basic milk chemistry, cheese types, and cooking with and making cheese! We will make and mix different chèvre flavors and sample them at the end of class. Students will leave with the knowledge and experience to make chèvre cheese at home.
