Language Learning Programs
Beginner English Class
LEVEL: Beginner
taught in English
A class for new English speakers. Focus on speaking, reading and listening skills, with an emphasis on vocabulary. Similar to the Beginner Class, but specifically for learners with no previous experience with English.
Class limit: 8

Emerging Beginner English Class
LEVEL: Beginner

Spanish Conversation Circle
(Intermediate)

For students who know conversational Spanish and want to improve confidence with speaking and listening comprehension. Classes start with casual conversation, then continue with structured discussion about music, podcasts, and short written works. During these exercises we will pause to share knowledge about regional variations in vocabulary and accent, and strategies to better understand regional variation within Spanish.

Chinese Martial Arts for
Adults and Teens

Chinese Martial Arts for ages 14+. A holistic and flexible approach to martial arts that combines; Basic Qigong conditioning forms, engaging partner exercises, and practical self defense techniques. All skill levels welcome.

Manejando el Estrés

Winter Watercolor
LEVEL: ALL

Learn watercolor techniques and experiment with color and shapes during the dark season. We will practice water control, creating textures, color mixing, and composition while exploring winter-themed nature elements like leaves, feathers, mushrooms, and a night forest. All skill levels welcome!

Kids Programs
Paper Mache Character Masks
LEVEL: ALL

Make a paper mache mask based on your favorite character from a book, story, or comic! We will use recycled paper, cardboard, bottles, paint, and more, to build three-dimensional masks and bring to life the characters we love. For kids ages 6-13.

Paint a Masterpiece
LEVEL: all

In this class we will make a canvas acrylic painting from start to finish! We will observe shapes, sketch, mix colors, and paint a mini masterpiece! Learn the artistic creative process through painting and study the creative process of famous artists for inspiration. For kids ages 6-13.
