Immigration Fee Processing Loan
The Immigration Fee Processing Loan is a community supported loan designed for community members undergoing any type of residency application with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, or the Department of Homeland Security.
To qualify you must:
Live in Linn, Benton, or Lincoln county (Oregon); Maintain a monthly payment of, minimum $25; Have a household income equal to or below 300% of the federal poverty income guidelines set for Oregon (details in the application).
This loan accrues no interest on the principle and is entirely supported by the repayment of past loans and donations from community members. We do not guarantee that loan funds are always available. Since this is a community resource, if anyone you know would like to support they can donate here!

Reduced USICS fee for Form N-400
- You may request a reduced fee for the filing fees of the N-400 application form if your documented annual household income is less than 400% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines at the time you file.
- If your income is at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, do not file a request for a reduced fee. You may file a fee waiver request. See Form I-912, Request for Fee Waiver.
